Who Are We

September 1, 2011, marked the season's first tropical storm and the opening of The Midway on Freret Street. The storm came and went, however The Midway hasn't stopped churning. It's based on the idea that deep dish pizza and a great neighborhood bar would be a success among the unique tastes of New Orleanians.

Let Midway feed you

We can accommodate any of your gatherings - office party,birthday or special events - we can provide the food any of which that is offered on our menu. Orders of $200 or more can be delivered with an additional delivery fee.


We require a deposit and at least 48 hours notice for big events.

The Midway is proud to support various artists. We currently house a wide variety of art pieces.


Among the current pieces Midway Pizza is lucky enough to host are a couple of pieces by Jon Langford, a chicago based musician and artist who calls New Orleans his second home.
